Originally established in 2001 as a consultancy we have been providing medical practices with management consultancy and GP Recruitment services for over 18 years. Having worked closely with medical practices and doctors for many years, we are acutely aware of the operational and financial pressures clinics operate under, as well as the clinical and administrative support that is essential for a doctor to do their job effectively.
One of the most expensive and difficult operational issues for medical practices is GP recruitment. Despite a large influx of International Medical Graduates and a tenfold increase in the number of recruitment agencies, GP recruitment remains just as protracted and expensive as it has always been. Many surgeries feel that they have very little control over the recruitment process and are largely at the mercy of an opaque and fickle marketplace.
We believe that with a better understanding of the GP workforce dynamics, medical practices can take back control of the recruitment process, develop their own effective marketing strategies, minimise recruitment timeframes and dramatically reduce their recruitment costs.
This year we have also launched our Medical Practice Sales Board in conjunction with one of Australia’s leading Medical Practice Sales brokerage and valuation experts. We offer discrete marketing of your medical practice to our registered buyers, as well as valuation and brokerage services.
