Job Description:
Located in the CBD of picturesque Ballina, our busy Practice is looking for an experienced VR GP to replace one of the doctors who is retiring. We have a nurse on duty each day and Allied health, pharmacy and diagnostic services are located close by. Ballina offers a great coastal lifestyle, with a hospital, established schools and its own airport with daily flights to Sydney and Melbourne. Applicants may be eligible for the General Practice Rural Incentive Programme-GP Component (GPRIP).
Clinical Services:
In addition to normal general practice services, Moon Street Medical provides skin cancer screening, minor procedures, dressings and excisions, immunisations, ECG, pap smears, contraceptive insertion and removal, and pre-employment medicals
Number of Doctors:
4 full time, 1 locum 2 mornings per week
Medicare Status:
RA2
Remuneration:
Negotiable. (Preference for doctor to take over 4th share of the practice.)
