Ascot Family Practice are seeking a General Practitioner to provide maternity leave cover for one of their GPs, with the view to an ongoing part time position thereafter. Having been in continuous operation for over 63 years Ascot Family Practice is the bedrock of medical care in the Ascot area.
Ascot Family Practice is the longest established medical practice in the Ascot area, having been in continuous operation for over 63 years. Today we offer a wide range of modern medical services, and consistently strive to deliver high-quality community-based healthcare. With our 4 female GPs we have developed a reputation for our high quality of care in Women’s Health and Paediatrics.
Our practice is nestled in the cosy village of Ascot on the North East side of the Brisbane CBD and within a short stroll to the Brisbane River and Eagle Farm Racecourse. Conveniently positioned in the leafy main shopping precinct of Ascot we are within easy access to a range of allied health, pharmacy and diagnostic services. As we are outgrowing our current premises we hope to be relocating the practice to a larger premises nearby within the next 12 months.
We are a training practice with some of our doctors involved in the training of registrars from the University of Queensland and the College of General Practitioners.
