Sarina Clinic was purpose built and officially opened in 1976. The longest established of three General Practices in Sarina, Sarina Clinic has without interruption provided quality, comprehensive medical care to the residents of Sarina and the surrounding area for the past 43 years. The practice has been continually accredited since 2000 and in 2013 was awarded Highly Commended (runner –up) in the AGPAL Rural and Remote General Practice of the Year Award 2011-2012.
Since inception Sarina Clinic has had three major extensions to allow provision of additional/expanded services. This includes an expanded casualty area, additional doctors rooms, a conference room, audio testing facility, children’s TV room, administrator’s office, dedicated minor operations theatre, two allied health suites & dedicated waiting room, and a student teaching facility.
Sarina Clinic is centrally located within easy access of: ambulance, Sarina Hospital, Woolworths Supermarket & IGA Super store, both public and private primary and secondary schools and picturesque beaches. The regional city of Mackay lies 35km to the north.
