There is more than enough space to immediately accommodate 3 FTE doctors and their patients. The medical practice is predominantly bulk billing but with some private fees being charged. Based on the patient numbers the surgery has been fully booked over the last 12 months with a very healthy rate of billings per patient. The principal offers broad based general practice services with no specific clinics being run. A podiatrist consults from the rooms two mornings per week.
